Technical Lead Unix Oracle Support

Lead Unix and Oracle application support at Tata Consultancy Services, troubleshooting incidents, deployments, monitoring, and service stability. Build automation systems through new technologies.

This Technical Lead supports application teams with code deployments and technical issue resolution. The work includes ServiceNow, Grafana, AppDynamics monitoring, Kibana, OpenShift, and Oracle environments. You will investigate incidents, determine problems, perform root-cause analysis, and prepare executive summaries for management updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support application teams during code deployment and technical issues
• Troubleshoot incidents, determine problems, and resolve root causes
• Apply fixes, patches, and service packs as required
• Maintain stability through preventive maintenance and monitoring
• Prepare executive summaries for management updates

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Unix and Oracle
• Experience with ServiceNow, Grafana, AppDynamics, Kibana, and OpenShift
• Knowledge of stopping and starting services and environmental parameters
• Experience working with vendors and technical specialists
• Openness to learning technologies and building automation systems
