Technical Operations Engineer

You will operate production environments to ensure high availability and performance for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, supporting government-focused workloads. You’ll combine technical administration with analysis to improve reliability and supportability, while handling escalations across complex problems. This role places you at the intersection of cloud operations, incident management, and enterprise-scale systems. You’ll contribute to secure, high-performance cloud regions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet mission-critical objectives.

• Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize production server hardware and software
• Provide escalated technical support for complex issues and lead problem management and status reporting
• Coordinate escalated cases with internal resources and third-party vendors for storage infrastructure and resolution
• Assist with OS and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching; drive standardization projects within Oracle tech stack
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis
