Overview

As part of Anduril’s Deployment Operations, you will deploy and support the Connected Warfare platform (Lattice) worldwide from the UK base. You’ll own technical solutions end-to-end, coaching teammates, guiding customer success, and communicating product refinements to engineering. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and networks, demanding hands-on problem solving in dynamic environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to scale reliable deployments and elevate field operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for Connected Warfare systems, including hardware setup and software configuration
  • Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with customer infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time with analytical, hands-on problem solving
  • Manage low- and high-voltage electrical components ensuring safety and reliability
  • Work with deployed systems such as Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring smooth operation and updates
  • Administer and maintain Linux systems across products, serving as SME in systems administration
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking environments, including Cisco switch/router configurations, VLANs and routing
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of experience solving problems at the hardware-software-network interface in unstructured environments
  • Proficiency with Linux system administration
  • Proficiency with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Expertise in electrical systems (low- and high-voltage)
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance on technical hardware in the field
  • Able to meet health and medical requirements for deployments
  • Willingness to travel to remote regions up to 75% of the year
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security clearance
