Technical PMO Analyst

In this hybrid PMO role based in London, you support the Platform Strategy and Transformation team by running day-to-day PMO operations, building metrics and dashboards, and delivering small internal tools. You will collect and challenge project updates, own portions of the project portfolio, and manage documentation across Confluence. You’ll automate workflows with Python and develop lightweight internal UIs to improve PMO efficiency. • PMO operations, metrics and reporting (collecting updates, producing decision-ready status reports)
• Defining, building, and maintaining project and portfolio metrics (progress, risks, milestones, KPI trends)
• Building and maintaining dashboards for leadership and PMOs
• Supporting portfolio forums (materials, actions, follow-ups) and RAID log maintenance
• Writing Python scripts and small apps to support PMO workflows (data collection, reporting, automation across Jira and Confluence)
• Automating repetitive Jira/Confluence workflows (status collection, page/template updates, notifications)
• Creating internal UIs/admin tools with AI coding assistants for PMO utilities
• Improving PMO tooling and documentation (dashboards, trackers, lightweight apps)
• Content management for PMO documentation (Confluence spaces/pages)
• Developing playbooks, templates, and training materials for self-serve PMO
• Taking ownership of small-to-medium projects as Project Manager (scope, plan, risks, delivery)
• Coordinating with engineering, business and operations to unblock work

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, or similar delivery-support role
• Ability to code in Python for automation and data work
• Experience building small UIs/internal tools with AI coding assistance
• Ability to define and build project metrics and produce actionable reporting
• Strong written communication and editorial judgment for internal documentation
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear verbal communication and ability to summarize updates
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage multiple work streams
