Technical Product Manager

We're placing a Senior Technical Product Manager with a leading enterprise client undergoing a major integration modernization initiative. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and data management , translating complex system landscapes and data streams into clear, executable roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end value streams while overseeing the flow of critical enterprise data across integrated platforms, ensuring scalable, reliable, and business-aligned outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the end-to-end value stream for integration modernization initiatives, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Own the product backlog by defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities across multiple Agile teams.
• Drive value stream mapping exercises to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and implement Lean practices that improve delivery efficiency.
• Oversee and manage enterprise data streams across integrated platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure movement of data between systems.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, identify risks, and understand integration and data dependencies.
• Design and document scalable integration solutions, including process maps, data flows, API interactions, and data exchange patterns.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to improve data quality, streamline data pipelines, and ensure consistency across upstream and downstream systems.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, predictability, and data flow performance metrics to drive measurable improvements.
• Serve as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business priorities, technology roadmaps, and expected outcomes.
• Support sprint planning, QA test planning, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data-related issue resolution.
• Influence capacity planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and release coordination across delivery teams.
• Provide oversight of integration and data-stream modernization efforts, ensuring legacy data flows are successfully transformed into scalable, API-driven architectures.

What you bring

• 5+ years as a Value Stream Owner, Senior Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Senior BSA.
• Demonstrated experience leading integration modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong command of Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies, value stream mapping, and Lean-Agile transformation practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for backlog management and delivery tracking.
• Working SQL knowledge to support data analysis, solution validation, troubleshooting, and data quality assessment.
• Experience managing complex data streams, data integration initiatives, ETL processes, or event-driven architectures within enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple teams or business units with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with customer engagement platforms, digital workflows, field service systems, enterprise integration patterns, and data governance principles is a strong asset.
• PMP, SAFe, Agile, or related certifications are a plus. Execution ability and business impact matter most.
