Overview

As Technical Product Manager for the Medica range, you shape the technical direction of our clinical products. You translate requirements into clear specifications and collaborate with engineering across the development lifecycle. You own technical documentation, support releases, and ensure high product standards. You will engage with customers and internal teams to drive improvements and maintain knowledge sharing. Responsibilities
  • Technical ownership and development: collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and E&I to make informed trade-offs; ensure technical standards and performance are met; translate requirements into high-quality specifications; manage lifecycle and resolve quality issues.
  • Technical documentation and training: create operator manuals and technical docs; deliver technical training to stakeholders; maintain and share product knowledge.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and communication: align goals between technical and business stakeholders; work with Product Manager Medica, Marketing, Technical Support, and Engineering; gather and analyse technical feedback for improvements.
  • Customer engagement and market support: engage customers for technical requirements and on-site input during beta testing; build partnerships with customers, distributors, and networks; support product success.
  • Travel: some global travel for beta testing, tech investigations, and quality activities
Key requirements
  • A degree or equivalent in a science or engineering discipline
  • Ability to present technical information clearly
  • Logical, structured decision-making
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Desirable: experience with laboratory, analytical or industrial equipment
