Overview

In this Technical Product Manager role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of features in a fast-moving, AI-native platform. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to translate needs into practical, shipped solutions, without handoffs. You’ll shape workflow tools and AI-powered capabilities to reduce manual effort and deepen platform adoption in enterprise environments. The role prioritizes rapid decision-making in ambiguity, with strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration at its core.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders and customers to extract real requirements and translate them into buildable solutions
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery from idea to live product using AI-native tooling
  • Shape workflow tools, integrations, automation layers, and AI-powered features
  • Make scoping, prioritisation, and iteration decisions without waiting for fully defined specs
  • Apply technical reasoning to ensure robust, scalable solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infra
  • Test and refine own outputs, covering edge cases and writing tests to catch issues early
  • Represent the business credibly to internal teams and senior clients with clear, commercial communication
  • Operate in ambiguous environments with swift decision-making and course corrections when needed
  • Collaborate with a small, hands-on team at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI
  • Drive speed and ownership by shipping features directly (no handoffs)
Key requirements
  • Product-first mindset with technical depth across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience using AI-native tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to deliver real products
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making rapid decisions
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness to represent the company externally
  • Experience in adtech, creator economy, influencer marketing, or social platforms is a plus but not essential
