Technical Product Manager

In this Technical Product Manager role, you will lead strategically and technically complex platform initiatives, bridging product strategy with engineering execution to deliver scalable, customer-focused outcomes. You will drive direction for technical platforms and coordinate across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You’ll translate requirements into clear roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and use metrics to improve platform performance and customer experience. This role supports integration of capabilities across the business and offers the chance to shape music creation technology for creators worldwide.

• Define product direction for technical platforms, services, or internal/customer-facing systems
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into roadmaps and priorities
• Build consensus across engineering, product, design, customer support, marketing, and business stakeholders
• Identify dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions across teams
• Use metrics, customer feedback, and operational insight to improve platform performance and customer experience
• Support integration of capabilities across the business
• Create decision frameworks that help teams move quickly while maintaining quality and strategic alignment

• Technical product management experience with platforms, services, commerce, access/licensing, developer tooling, web systems, or complex software products
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity
• Experience prioritizing roadmap work across multiple teams or stakeholder groups
