Overview
In this London-based, full-time role, you will own the development of Hexwired's cutting-edge AI platform and partner with engineering to translate strategy into shipped products. You will work in an AI-augmented environment, evaluating models, prompting strategies, and weighing technical trade-offs with engineers. The position sits at the heart of a rapidly growing startup focused on AI tooling and agentic AI capabilities. You will help scale the platform to meet customer demands while shaping product direction and delivery. - Define the product roadmap for the AI platform in collaboration with engineering teams
- Collaborate with AI/agentic tools to guide product development
- Evaluate AI models, prompts, and trade-offs with engineers
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Prioritize features and manage backlogs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery
- Around 5 years of product management experience with close collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience in an AI-augmented team that uses agentic tools
- Hands-on or in-depth technical understanding of software engineering
- Ability to reason about technical trade-offs and feasibility with engineers
- Experience with AI evaluations, model testing or prompt evaluation
