As a Technical Product Manager at Leonardo UK, you will shape the strategy and lifecycle of mission-critical product capabilities within the Cyber & Security Solutions Division. You’ll balance customer needs, technical constraints and business priorities, working with architects, engineers and delivery teams to ensure coherent evolution. This role blends collaboration with customers and internal teams to deliver measurable operational outcomes. You will lead on UK product opportunities and help scale secure communications capabilities in a government/defence context.

- Define and deliver the UK MCX product strategy with senior stakeholders
- Lead UK customer engagement for MCX opportunities with sales support
- Balance demand, technical debt, supportability, risk and enhancements in product decisions
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and engineering teams to ensure coherent evolution
- Align product priorities with delivery plans alongside Delivery Managers and Service Managers
- Support business development activities including customer engagement, demonstrations, proposals and bids
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategy based on customer feedback
- Promote continuous improvement and product thinking across delivery and engineering teams
- Experience managing or shaping the direction of a technical product or capability
- Ability to balance customer needs, operational requirements, technical constraints and commercial considerations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with architects, engineers and delivery teams
- Proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Core areas covering lifecycle management, governance, roadmapping, and requirements definition
- Technical understanding of RAN signaling, containerisation and microservices
- Experience with secure or mission-critical environments
