Technical Product Manager

As Technical Product Owner, you will shape the Investments technology platform by translating front-office needs into valuable product solutions. You’ll steer the roadmap, prioritise deliveries, and support cross‑desk product initiatives. You’ll work with investment and tech teams to solve complex challenges and explore AI-enabled enhancements that boost investment capabilities. • Translate business outcomes and priorities into a clear roadmap aligned with the Investments platform vision
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements and shape solution designs
• Prioritise the backlog and communicate outcomes, value, and trade-offs of product decisions
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, research, operations and technology to identify opportunities
• Guide cross-functional teams through design discussions, delivery decisions and prioritisation
• Define minimum viable products and ensure releases deliver measurable business value
• Promote reusable platform capabilities to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through modern product practices and AI-enabled capabilities

• Experience in asset management, investment management or institutional investments, with front-office exposure
• Strong understanding of investment operating models and front-to-back trade lifecycle
• Previous Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst experience in product delivery
• Proven ability to gather requirements, shape roadmaps and deliver working software
• Knowledge of front-office capabilities like portfolio management, trading, research, analytics or operations
• Confidence in stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops and influencing decisions
• Technical background with collaboration with architects, developers and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including SQL, APIs, data platforms or AI-enabled analytics
