Technical Product Manager

Championing developer experience, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will drive the product strategy for Ping's Orchestration SDK, focusing on enhancing developer adoption and ensuring seamless integration across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Orchestration SDK, transforming complex IAM capabilities into user-friendly developer tools Collaborate with documentation and developer relations teams to create high-quality resources that enhance the developer experience Engage with customers and the open-source community to gather insights and prioritize product backlog based on developer feedback Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with hands-on software development experience Strong understanding of identity and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and an understanding of how they interact with SDKs and APIs Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and compelling narratives Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps in an agile environment, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability
