Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager | Part-Time | Remote

We are working with a highly technical, early-stage company building at the intersection of crypto, AI and on-chain trading infrastructure. They are looking for a hands-on Technical PM to work closely with the founders and engineering team across DeFi, liquidity and trading products.

Key Responsibilities

• Take high-level product hypotheses and turn them into clear product direction, experiments and requirements
• Break large initiatives into well-defined epics, features and engineer-ready tickets
• Write detailed product specifications, acceptance criteria and technical requirements
• Connect product strategy and roadmap thinking with the hands-on work required to ship
• Work directly with engineers to refine solutions, challenge assumptions and drive execution

Key Requirements

• Strong technical background, ideally with previous engineering experience or significant hands-on technical exposure
• Experience working closely with engineers to define and ship technical products
• Strong understanding of DeFi, on-chain trading, AMMs and/or liquidity provision
• Product mindset with the ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, buildable solutions
• Comfortable writing detailed tickets and specifications rather than simply managing a backlog
• Experience in crypto, trading, protocols, infrastructure or another technically complex environment is highly desirable

Open to different levels of seniority, including engineers who have moved into Product or taken on significant product ownership. Flexible part-time engagement initially, with potential for full-time later down the line.
