Technical Product Manager - Digital Platforms

In this role you will guide the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital products for LSEG’s corporate websites, collaborating with engineering, risk, legal and operations to ensure compliant, scalable, high‑quality SaaS-like experiences. You will own product strategy for AEM and AWS-driven initiatives, translate business needs into detailed requirements, and drive agile delivery across multiple teams. You help shape the platform, balancing regulatory obligations with user needs, while enabling rapid, reliable releases. This is a hands-on, cross‑functional role with a strong emphasis on quality, governance and impact.

• Deliver on Digital strategy and capability projects for corporate websites
• Conduct business process analysis and translate findings into requirements and use cases
• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of AEM sites and associated requirements
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to define product strategy and wireframes
• Provide comprehensive visibility of required functionality to ensure end-to-end precision
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, Architecture, and SRE for regulatory obligations
• Define and track product health metrics (availability, error rates, deployment risk, defect leakage, technical debt)
• Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog for development teams
• Lead requirement breakdown and estimation with multiple teams
• Own QA and automated testing efforts; enable DevOps practices
• Develop and review test plans/cases/reports to assess quality and test strategy effectiveness
• Propose and implement software testing strategies for digital transformation initiatives
• Maintain lifecycle quality documentation and project artifacts
• Contribute to discoveries, business cases and proposals per company standards

• Understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Scrum, SaFe, Kanban)
• Proven product management delivery in regulatory applications/websites
• Experience in digital domain delivering large-scale websites and cloud projects
• Experience leading people and managing senior stakeholders
• Authoritative knowledge of cloud implementations (AWS a plus) and AEM (a plus)
• Proficiency with website components and features (DAM, workflows, site search, overlays, integrations, analytics)
• Experience creating functional specifications for templates, components, widgets and workflows
• Exposure to content authors and integration with backend systems
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and Test Driven Development
• Experience with agile tooling and collaboration platforms (Onshore/offshore teams, Atlassian suite or Asana)
• Nice-to-have: AEM administration/development, JavaScript/React/JQuery web tech, UX/UI knowledge
