Overview

In this role, you define and execute the strategy for Bloomberg’s Agentic Infrastructure, enabling AI agents and applications to operate safely at scale. You will collaborate across AI, cloud, security, and platform teams to build a trustworthy foundation for enterprise-grade AI products. You’ll translate open-source and industry standards into production-ready capabilities and shape a scalable control plane for agentic systems. This is an opportunity to influence the next generation of AI-powered solutions at Bloomberg while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the vision for the Agentic Infrastructure, focusing on agentic control planes
  • Translate emerging open source and industry standards into production-ready, enterprise-grade capabilities
  • Collaborate with Bloomberg's AI platform teams to integrate agentic capabilities for experimentation and production deployment
  • Develop platform strategies for identity, access control, sandboxing, networking, and connectivity architecture
  • Work with AI product teams to understand real-world usage and ensure infrastructure supports the AI lifecycle
  • Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, resilient system architecture
  • Anticipate evolution of agentic systems and shape the roadmap for future capabilities
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in technical product management in AI, platform, cloud, security, or infrastructure
  • Experience with AI/GenAI systems, LLMs, agent frameworks, orchestration systems, and production requirements
  • Experience building or operating large-scale platform infrastructure used by developers
  • Strong understanding of identity, authentication/authorization, enterprise security architectures
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, API gateways, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures
  • Hands-on experience with emerging agentic protocols (MCP, A2A) and interoperability patterns
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, product, and platform organizations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate technical vision across teams
