Overview

In this role you will define and execute the strategy for internal GenAI platform experiences and integrations, enabling cross-functional teams to discover, compose, govern, and operate AI capabilities. You will shape the experience layer as a reusable platform, partnering with UX and engineering to deliver enterprise-grade usability and governance. As AI systems evolve, you’ll craft interfaces and patterns that support agentic workflows, copilots, and interoperable AI ecosystems. This is a chance to impact Bloomberg’s AI future at scale through user-centric design and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the vision for the AI Platform experience layer and how product teams build and operate AI systems
  • Treat the experience layer as a platform with reusable primitives across tools, agents, datasets, and evaluation systems
  • Collaborate with UX, Design, and IX to roadmap and execute AI platform experiences with consistent patterns
  • Lead the integration strategy across AI platform verticals to deliver a cohesive user experience
  • Champion usability and user productivity across platform teams
  • Prioritize and execute cross-functional initiatives spanning UX, Engineering, and Product
  • Align platform capabilities with front-end implementation in collaboration with UI Engineering
  • Evolve the platform experience strategy as agentic systems grow more complex
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management in AI, platform, developer tooling, or infrastructure domains
  • Experience with AI, GenAI, agentic systems and emerging AI interaction patterns
  • Familiarity with agentic protocols (MCP, A2A) and UI stacks (A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI)
  • Experience shaping design systems or UX frameworks for complex products
  • Strong understanding of developer workflows and platform usability challenges
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, research, and platform teams to deliver platform capabilities
