Overview

In this role you will lead the vision and roadmap for one or more Platform services, shaping SaaS solutions for insurance clients. You will work across a global technology platform, aligning business outcomes with technical delivery and stakeholder needs. Expect to balance performance, cost and user value while driving go-to-market and adoption. You will be pivotal in turning complex problems into measurable business impact within a fast-moving, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Platform services
  • Socialize vision with business and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Define and prioritise business outcomes and scope
  • Ensure solutions are viable and meet end-user needs
  • Define and track product metrics, ROI and business case
  • Elicit requirements across technology teams
  • Hybrid qualitative/quantitative prioritisation support
  • Support solution design, technical decisions and release management
  • Lead adoption and go-to-market plans for Platform services
  • Create clear documentation
  • Prioritise delivery trade-offs, debt and cost efficiency
  • Regularly communicate updates and evangelise Platform to the business
  • Manage backlog, sprint goals and problem breakdown
  • Mentor and coach product management and promote technical excellence
Key requirements
  • Outcome-focused product management experience with Public Cloud and SaaS solutions
  • Strong technical experience with tools/technologies used by engineering teams
  • Ability to solve multiple complex problems with teams
  • Ability to distill complex topics into clear non-technical communications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management across varying seniority
  • Data- and insight-driven with ability to map delivery to business impact
