Technical Product Owner Web Platform

Own pdfpro.com, customer accounts, and compliance while guiding APIs, integrations, and billing systems from Vancouver-based PDF Pro Software Inc.

As Technical Product Owner, you will connect business needs with web development delivery. You will gather requirements, prioritize the backlog, write precise specifications, and support website, checkout, and billing work. The role also covers security questionnaires, procurement reviews, and current privacy documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and prioritize web platform requirements from internal stakeholders
• Write specifications with clear acceptance criteria
• Plan development, answer questions, test staging, and approve releases
• Lead pragmatic security and compliance work
• Collaborate with design, development, QA, support, and marketing

Requirements:

• Four or more years in product or technical analysis roles
• Experience with web or SaaS products and development teams
• Ability to understand APIs, sign-in flows, webhooks, and billing
• Highly organized, pragmatic, hands-on, and clear in writing
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, Vanta, or Drata preferred
