Technical Product Specialist, Monetization Product Operations

In this role you will deliver end-to-end technical product support for advertisers and internal teams, diagnosing and resolving complex product issues raised through ticketing. You will translate advertiser needs to actionable product improvements and act as a bridge to product and engineering. You’ll enable rollout of new ad features, train vendor teams, and contribute to knowledge management. You join a dynamic, global MPO team shaping TikTok’s monetization future and scaling support across hubs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised via ticketing systems for internal stakeholders and advertisers.
• Enable rollout and adoption of new advertising products and features for a smooth advertiser experience.
• Coach vendor teams to improve quality, efficiency, and ensure technical alignment across global hubs.
• Perform QA audits and contribute to knowledge base improvements and documentation.
• Serve as a bridge between client-facing teams and product/engineering to translate advertiser needs into actionable improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, product operations, or customer success
• Ability to troubleshoot product and technical issues via tickets
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and advertisers
• Basic data awareness and attention to detail for quality audits and documentation
