Overview
As a Technical Product Specialist in MPO, you support top advertisers through pre- and post-sales implementation and advertising support. You balance customer service with deep technical know-how, focusing on Signals/Measurement and API monetization to resolve product issues. You’ll collaborate with in-market sales and product teams in a high-growth environment to drive seamless advertiser experiences. Your hands-on implementation and client-facing expertise enable you to influence partners and accelerate adoption of monetization features. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how advertisers leverage TikTok’s advertising solutions at scale.
Responsibilities- Provide pre- and post-sales implementation and ongoing advertising support to top advertisers
- Specialize in Signals/Measurement and API monetization product pillars
- Collaborate with in-market sales and product teams to resolve product issues and optimize advertiser outcomes
- Balance customer service with technical execution, driving timely issue resolution
- Self-motivate, prioritize, and influence partners to adopt and succeed with monetization features
- Work with digital advertising concepts, web/app signals, and hands-on technology implementation
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and HTTP protocols OR equivalent customer-facing technical experience
- Analytical problem-solving with data-driven insights
- Experience operating in support ticketing platforms (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
