Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end technology programs across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive banking/financial services technology initiatives and modernization programs.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Manage API, cloud, data, application, and enterprise integration initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Establish program governance, RAID logs, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Identify and resolve technical and delivery blockers.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management
  • Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience
  • Active PMP Certification Mandatory
  • Experience with enterprise technology, APIs, cloud, and integrations
  • Strong Agile/Scrum and Waterfall experience
  • Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills

Strong risk, governance, and dependency management experience
