The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers world-class, innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and our customers. We enable our customers to migrate their most sensitive data and workloads to the cloud, accelerating our business so that we are the most trusted SaaS provider. Enterprise Security is hiring a Technical Program Manager to bring delivery discipline to three connected programs: Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management. You will manage the OKR and epic portfolio, keep priorities current, and make sure committed work is loaded into each engineering teams agile backlog, so delivery dates will hold.
Dependencies, shifting priorities, and unclear ownership can stall critical work. Manage the OKR and epic portfolio across all three programs, including creation, refinement, sequencing, and status tracking.
Work with team leads, so each teams agile funnel reflects current priorities and supports committed delivery dates.
Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, and drive them to resolution or escalate early.
Produce executive-ready status, risk, and progress reporting for the whole portfolio.
Build repeatable standards, such as OKR governance and intake and planning templates, that scale across teams.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
~12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations. A track record of managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies.
~ Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning in enterprise tools (such as ServiceNow Agile).
~ Experience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
~ Experience in security operations, vulnerability management, configuration or compliance management, CMDB, or attack surface and exposure management.
Experience with capacity planning and portfolio-level road mapping.
PMP, SAFe, or similar certification (nice to have, not required).
A single, current OKR and epic view across VM, CM, and ASM.
Each teams agile funnel aligned to committed delivery dates.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $190,900 - $334,100 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
