We are working with an established engineering business who are looking to appoint a Technical Proposals & Documentation Engineer to join their team.

This is a varied technical role covering estimating, proposals, compliance documentation and project support, working closely with sales, design and installation teams.

The Role:

  • Preparing quotations and technical proposals
  • Costing equipment, materials and projects
  • Producing technical and compliance documentation
  • Preparing RAMS and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Managing project documentation and internal systems
  • Liaising with sales, design and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly

The Person:

  • Background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a similar technical environment
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Highly organised with excellent IT skills
  • Comfortable working with technical information and producing professional documentation
  • Commercially aware with a methodical approach
