Overview

As Technical Senior CRM Associate, you own hands-on builds for customer communications within the Bloom & Wild CRM & Lifecycle team. You will implement complex transactional and triggered emails and ensure reliability across high-stakes customer comms. You’ll write segmentation-driven SQL and contribute to AI-enabled CRM initiatives. The role blends technical builds with cross-functional collaboration to optimize subscription-driven communications. Responsibilities
  • Build and own complex transactional and triggered email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and Liquid
  • Own campaign QA and develop scalable testing approaches for customer-critical communications
  • Write SQL queries for audience segmentation and data pulls for lifecycle and subscription campaigns
  • Leverage AI-assisted SQL drafting/checking to speed up segment pulls and reduce errors
  • Document build logic and API triggers with Product and Engineering to keep integrations current
  • Implement changes to AppsFlyer testing set-up and support deep-linking builds across app and email channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to align priorities; support strategy with execution
  • Support peak periods (e.g., BFCM, Christmas) where volume and complexity increase
  • Contribute to a team knowledge base and upskill others on technical CRM skills
Key requirements
  • Hands-on experience building transactional and triggered email campaigns with HTML, CSS, and Liquid
  • SQL skills for audience segmentation and data pulls
  • Experience with CRM/email platforms and API integrations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and make independent, data-driven decisions
