Technical Service Manager - Private Cloud

As Technology Service Manager for the Private Cloud, you will safeguard and optimise the platform that underpins the bank’s core IT services. You’ll partner with senior leaders, product owners and engineering leads to deliver reliable, secure services and drive live-service improvements. You’ll lead incidents, post-mortems and governance across suppliers, shaping the service in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role offers the opportunity to impact financial services transformation through data-driven decisions and collaborative problem solving.

• Steer enhancements within partner contracts and develop new supplier agreements with Global Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Manage key client relationships or coordinate with transactional clients under senior guidance
• Identify process or system shortcomings and implement a change management plan for a project element
• Develop and deliver budget plans for own area with senior support
• Lead live-service incidents and contribute to post-mortem reviews
• Drive improvements to the live service provision of the Platform through cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee governance of supplier activity to ensure safe, secure services and strong customer outcomes

• Proven Service Management experience with supplier/partner relationships
• Ability to influence internal customers and external partners at all levels
• Experience in a fast-paced IT organisation with resilience to conflicting priorities
