Technical Services Lead, Life Sciences Building

MAPP is seeking a Technical Services Manager for the Canary Wharf building complex at 17 Columbus Courtyard. Based on-site five days a week, you will lead MEP/VT performance, coordinate specialist providers and ensure compliant, safe operation while controlling costs.

You will support life sciences and tech occupiers, drive building optimisation and ESG initiatives, and collaborate with the Site Director and Lab Services Manager to achieve full occupancy.
