- Lead and manage all MEP technical services on a large data centre project
- Oversee design coordination across mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
- Review and approve technical submittals, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure installations follow approved designs and project programme
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to deliver MEP packages
- Develop and maintain construction and commissioning schedules with planning teams
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across technical services
- Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues promptly
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system validation
- Support project handover with documentation, O&M manuals, and client training
- Monitor progress and report milestones to ensure timely phase delivery
