Overview

As Technical Solutions Architect you will lead global IT architecture and integration efforts to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure and software solutions on time and within budget. You’ll drive design decisions, govern data models and integration, and ensure alignment with industry standards while simplifying complexity. You’ll partner with IT and business teams, vendors, and service partners to shape architecture roadmaps and secure-by-design implementations. This hybrid London-based role offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-scale transformations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture design and delivery for global consolidation of O365 across operating companies
  • Shapes robust disaster recovery architecture for core business applications
  • Own end-to-end architecture target designs and interim states
  • Own data integration complexity and simplification efforts
  • Maintain architectural roadmaps and documentation for IT programs
  • Ensure security-by-design with minimal unnecessary customization
  • Provide training to technical/business leads and support agile decision making
  • Select appropriate technical solutions and products and document landscape and data flows
  • Provide monthly security and IT operations dashboards to IT leadership
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to enforce security policies across regions
Key requirements
  • Microsoft/AWS architecture experience
  • Agile methodology/delivery experience
  • Experience interacting with business and technology leaders
  • Experience designing relational data models (SQL desirable)
  • Experience delivering mid-to-large scale platforms from inception to production
  • SQL, Java, Oracle, Kubernetes exposure
  • Hardware and software virtualization experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in complex IT infrastructure environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client/peer relationship development
