Technical Solutions Consultant

In this role you shape data and technology solutions for clients, from dashboards to full data platforms. You collaborate with the Solutions team to understand client needs, inspire confidence, and translate data insights into business value. You’ll work across client projects, ensuring timely, end-to-end delivery while driving continuous improvement of our data and product offerings. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a fast-paced data agency that values practical impact and cross-functional collaboration.

• Turn large, complex client data into actionable insights for decision making
• Identify incomplete or diverse data sets and address data quality issues
• Validate and reconcile data as part of the Data Analytics Cycle
• Create data visualisations and reports with clear business commentary
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions
• Balance technical and analytical requirements and manage timelines
• Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
• Own client and internal deliverables and drive accountability

• Experience in a data-driven business (CRM, planning, digital)
• Proven ability to design solutions across varying data projects
• Proficiency with CRM/data visualization tools (Adobe, Faststats, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong written and verbal communication; good presentation skills
• Team player with relationship-building and client engagement skills
