Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery discussions around client business and technical needs
• Clarify priorities, constraints, objectives, and optimization opportunities

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of IT experience
• Ideal background in MSP or multi-client environments
• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud environments
• Knowledge of networking and security environments
• Bilingual French and English communication skills
