Technical Solutions Manager

Leading technical trade studies and software evaluations, the full-time remote Technical Solutions Manager will manage the SaaS selection process, oversee vendor operations, and ensure effective tool deployment and license management for the organization. Key responsibilities Conduct technical trade studies and software evaluations to ensure architectural fit, security, and cost efficiency Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements and select optimal SaaS solutions Oversee daily license management, predicting budget requirements for renewals and tracking software costs per user Required qualifications B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years in IT/IS roles focused on software architecture, enterprise tool evaluation, SaaS management, or IT operations Proven track record of leading technical trade studies and vendor evaluations for software acquisitions Strong experience partnering with InfoSec, Legal, and Procurement on technical due diligence and contract negotiations Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges each week
