In this role you shape and deliver the FCA’s supervisory approach for the Consolidated Tape (CT) and related market data initiatives. You will work within the Trading Policy Team to enhance market transparency and integrity, collaborating across functions to deliver regulatory outcomes. You’ll lead complex supervisory issues, guide colleagues, and use data insights to inform decisions that protect investors and market participants. The opportunity combines policy, supervision and market infrastructure at the heart of UK financial markets.

- Thorough understanding of the UK regulatory framework relating to financial markets, transparency and market data
- Ability to source, manipulate and analyse data quickly

- Prior experience in financial services regulation and external representation in leadership roles
