Technical Specialist- Integration

In this role you implement and support InterSystems healthcare applications, performing custom development, integrations, and data migrations. You will conduct site-specific setup, configure environments, and manage upgrades to meet project specs. You’ll visit hospitals and partners for hands-on support and training, shaping how clients leverage our technology. This is a field-oriented, customer-facing role with meaningful impact on healthcare data solutions.

• Perform custom development tasks including system integrations and device interoperability
• Handle data migration, reporting, data extraction, and analytics cube setup
• Manage database updates, environment configuration, and upgrades/releases to align with project requirements
• Provide on-site technical support and training at customer sites and implementation partners
• Ensure solutions satisfy project specifications and deployment timelines

• Software development/facility with programming and analysis of complex data
• Strong problem-solving ability and systematic approach
• Excellent communication skills; experience in customer training, workshops, presentations
• Knowledge of web-oriented languages including HTML and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies
• Ability to design and write technical documents
• Familiarity with Internet/Intranet concepts
• Experience in customer-focused interaction and delivering results within deadlines
