Technical Specialist- Integration

As a Technical Specialist, you deliver custom development and system integrations for InterSystems healthcare applications, ensuring timely and compliant technical implementations. You set up site-specific environments, handle data migration and reporting, and manage upgrades to meet project requirements. You will visit customer sites and implementation partners to provide technical support and training. This role combines hands-on development with customer-facing activities in a healthcare tech context, offering meaningful impact on interoperability and deployment success.

• Perform custom development tasks and integrations with systems and devices
• Provide support for implementation tools and healthcare applications
• Execute site-specific technical setup: integrations, data migration, reporting, analytics cubes, database updates
• Configure environments and manage upgrades/releases to satisfy project specs
• Travel to customer sites for technical support and/or training (up to 5 days away from home)

• Software development experience; analytical with complex data
• Strong problem-solving and systematic approach
• Excellent communication; experience training/workshops/presentations
• Web languages knowledge (HTML, JavaScript)
• SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies
• Ability to write technical documents
• Familiarity with Internet/Intranet concepts
