Technical Support Engineer: API Integrations & Automation

Stripe, with Metronome, is seeking a technical support engineer on the front lines to help developers integrate with our APIs and resolve complex issues. You will collaborate with Metronome engineers, customer success, solutions architecture, and customers' developers to ensure a smooth integration.

Your work will include diagnosing escalations, building internal tools, creating knowledge base articles, and feeding feedback to the product team to improve the platform for everyone.
