Mold-Masters, a Hillenbrand company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help customers operate hot runner systems, controllers and injection molding equipment in Georgetown, Ontario. You’ll diagnose issues, support installations, and drive process improvements across support, field service, engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities include remote diagnostics, calibration, startup activities, and maintaining CRM records.
