Technical Support Engineer (L2) – Hybrid Cloud & Networking

Custodia Technology Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Agent (L2) for its Knutsford, UK office. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, resolving complex tickets, and escalating only the most difficult cases.

You will work with the Tech Support Team Lead to refine processes, maintain documentation, and ensure service levels are met while supporting customers across IT enterprise infrastructure.
