Technical Support Engineer - US

Your role

Candidates must hold a valid work visa for the country/region where the position is located. You will:

  • 1. Prepare after-sales service before new product launches, working closely with development and quality teams to review from a user perspective and produce after-sales service documentation.
  • 2. Build familiarity with product features and issues, collaborate with the development team to produce product training materials, and deliver enablement training to regions to strengthen frontline problem-solving capabilities.
  • 3. Respond quickly to regional inquiries, coordinate internal and external resources to drive complex issues to closure, and deliver problem solutions.
  • 4. Analyze the voice of the customer and identify issues, driving product experience improvements and solution outputs to help raise customer satisfaction.

What do we expect

  • 1. Class of 2027, bachelor's degree or above in electronic information technology, mechatronics engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
  • 2. Strong logical thinking and project management skills; experience organizing student clubs or campus activities is a plus.
  • 3. Ability to work under pressure, with strong learning ability and good communication skills.
