Technical Support Specialist I

In this role you deliver in-person and remote IT support for laptops, OS, software, and devices, and you enable colleagues to work effectively through user training and issue resolution. You will proactively monitor device health, diagnose root causes, and implement improvements to boost performance within a collaborative, customer-focused team. You’ll work across global infrastructure and operations to keep systems reliable, including video conference rooms and end-user support. - Provide in-person and remote IT support for laptops, OS, software, printers, and mobile devices; include user education and issue resolution
- Proactively monitor laptop health, diagnose issues, and implement performance improvements
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to prevent failures and degradation
- Escalate problems or business continuity events to third-party providers or management
- Check Video Conference Rooms on-site and provide basic support as needed
- Document recurring issues and update evolving best practices
- Desktop OS knowledge (Windows, macOS) and Office 365
- Basic networking skills
- Hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Active Directory fundamentals
- Mobile Device Management (Azure/Intune)
