Technical Team Lead

This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day per week in their London (Waterloo) office.

La Fosse are partnering with a leading Workforce Management SaaS business that develops technology used by some of the world's most recognisable retail, hospitality and service organisations.

They are in the market for an excellent Technical Lead to join a their NEW UK tech team and play a key role in the delivery of customer-facing products and technical improvements.

You will be responsible for leading and developing engineers, setting technical direction, guiding architecture and system design, and working closely with Product and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and reliable software solutions.

Compensation:

This role is offering a base salary up-to £90,000 + 10% bonus + comprehensive benefits package.
