Technical Team Lead - AI-Driven React/Node

ELMO UK is seeking a Technical Team Lead to guide a single squad while staying hands-on in the code. The role blends engineering leadership with people leadership, working on our React / Node stack and collaborating closely with our global team in Australia.

This role will own the technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and drive the squad’s shift to AI-native SDLC to deliver high-quality software quickly and safely.
