Technical Writer Cloud Compliance

Technical documentation and cloud security skills are central to this contract Technical Writer role with Capco. Support OSFI remediation activities across regulated financial services.

Capco seeks an experienced Technical Writer with five or more years of experience. You will translate cloud engineering concepts into audit-ready procedures, technical standards, control documentation, and remediation evidence. The work spans Cloud Engineering, Security, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders, supporting cloud hardening and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop documentation supporting remediation of OSFI cloud findings
• Document cloud controls, configurations, and operational procedures
• Translate technical information for auditors and regulatory reviewers
• Maintain traceable remediation evidence and technical standards
• Coordinate gaps, version control, timelines, and governance requirements

Requirements:

• Five or more years of technical writing experience
• Experience with cloud engineering and cloud hardening
• Strong structured technical documentation skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
