In this Salesforce-focused role at Wipro, you will lead the functional side of full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, shaping how clients transform processes and data. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to design and configure Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery and stakeholder needs. Your technical and communication strengths will drive adoption, governance, and success across projects. • Lead the functional aspects of multiple complete Salesforce implementation projects
• Configure Salesforce objects, validation rules, flows, security models, and reports/dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Support Agile delivery processes and iterative release planning
• Ensure solution governance, quality, and timely delivery across projects
• Mentor or guide project teams on Salesforce best practices

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• 4-5+ years in a dedicated functional or consulting role
• Proven leadership of functional aspects in full-lifecycle Salesforce projects
• Deep Salesforce configuration expertise (objects, validation, flows, security, reports, dashboards)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
• Mandatory: Salesforce Lightning Components
