Overview

In this role you will lead enterprise ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) transformations, combining solution architecture, consulting, governance, and delivery leadership. You will shape risk, compliance, and audit capabilities through scalable design and integrations, partnering with CIO, CRO, and other executives. You’ll translate regulatory and business needs into concrete designs and measurable outcomes, driving transformation at scale within a global delivery context. This is an opportunity to influence risk frameworks and modernize governance through ServiceNow IRM.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions
  • Define target operating models, transformation roadmaps, platform governance, solution standards, and scalable integration patterns
  • Translate business, regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance requirements into functional and technical designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Architect IRM capabilities including ERM, ORM, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Change, Issues, KRIs, CCR, and Automated Control Testing
  • Design and optimize risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and executive risk reporting
  • Design integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, CMDB, IAM, ERP, and related enterprise platforms
  • Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews, solution demonstrations, and governance forums with CIO/CRO/Risk/Audit stakeholders
  • Govern global delivery teams, solution quality, release/upgrade strategy, delivery risks, and post-production stabilization; mentor architects, consultants, developers, and BAs
  • Support RFP/RFI responses, estimations, proposals, client presentations, GTM offerings, reusable assets, accelerators, and practice growth
Key requirements
  • 14+ years in technology risk, GRC, audit or related consulting domains
  • 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow IRM architecture and implementation experience
  • Deep functional and platform expertise across ERM, ORM, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Change, Issues, and Controls Management
  • Strong knowledge of risk taxonomy, control frameworks, assessment methodologies, scoring, workflow design, reporting, analytics, and integrations
  • Experience leading global onshore/offshore delivery teams and senior client relationships
