Technology Adoption Consultant - People Transformation - Defence & Security

In this role you help clients maximise value from technology through structured change programmes. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to align tech usage with business goals and lead adoption initiatives. You’ll plan and deliver change activities, including training, engagement, and measurement of adoption success. The position sits within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, focusing on HR transformation and technology-enabled programmes. You will contribute to business development and practice capability by sharing insights and shaping methodologies.

• Help clients derive maximum value from technology investments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology usage with organizational goals
• Develop work plans for implementing new technology solutions
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption
• Identify roadblocks with users and devise strategies to overcome them
• Measure adoption success and adjust approaches as needed
• Assess current technology usage and identify improvement areas
• Stay updated on best practices and capabilities of the technology
• Engage with both Deloitte and client stakeholders across projects
• Support business development and contribute to propositions and knowledge sharing
• Participate in internal practice development and methodology work

• DV (Developed Vetting) clearance
• 3–10+ years of experience in technology adoption or related consulting
• Proven change management experience including leadership alignment, stakeholder analysis, training, and change plans
• Experience with training programme development for technology adoption
• Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
• Experience managing client relationships and prior consulting experience
• Strong end-user interaction, networking, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines without quality compromise
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and detail orientation skills
• Experience leading business development in technology adoption
