Technology and Data Manager

As Technology and Data Manager, you lead platform administration, data integrity, and security across JLL and client systems to enable digital innovation and reliable operations. You’ll design dashboards for stakeholders, automate validation and alerts, and coordinate cybersecurity compliance, working as a bridge between operations, IT, and vendors. The role emphasizes efficiency, automated processes, and cross‑functional collaboration to support business goals. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven position in a tech‑forward real estate environment.

• Manage platform configuration, updates, and maintenance to ensure uptime
• Monitor automated alerts and Lighthouse dashboards, drive issue detection and resolution
• Ensure real-time data accuracy across multiple JLL systems via automated validation
• Implement RBAC and access controls, maintain audit trails for compliance
• Configure new user accounts and role-based access across platforms
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for stakeholders
• Provide technical support to multiple teams (Corrigo, CMO, Portfolio, IFM, PDS, TM, Finance)
• Lead technology change initiatives and coordinate with vendors for platform enhancements
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements
• Plan system upgrades, migrations, and technology investments
• Organize training sessions via Workday and other platforms
• Track security protocols and collaborate with IT Security on reviews and vulnerabilities
• Manage badge reports, data mapping, API connections, and workflow automation
• Monitor and maintain automated contract renewal tracking and attendance reporting
• Coordinate location setup and closure across TM and Lease Admin platforms

• 5+ years in technology administration, platform management, or technical operations
• Strong multi‑platform system administration and integration experience
• Experience with IWMS platforms (Corrigo preferred)
• Proven track record in automated workflows and data validation
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge, RBAC models, and access control
• Experience creating dashboards/reports with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Knowledge of API connections, data mapping, and system integration methodologies
• Experience leading technology adoption and change management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
