Technology Architect-Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Data Conversion-UK

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Architect, you will lead data conversion and reporting efforts for UK public sector clients, focusing on Absence, Core HR, and Payroll within Fusion HCM. You’ll guide complex solutions through the SDLC and translate technical details for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. Your role includes data migration, integration discussions, and ensuring robust system performance in a cloud-based environment. This position offers shaping critical HR transformations in a global IT services context with a strong focus on UK payroll and pensions processes.

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Absence, Core HR, Payroll) for UK clients with emphasis on data conversion and reports development
• Apply deep knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes and hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud
• Conduct System Integration Testing, support UAT and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation, and assist hyper care activities
• Utilize HCM technical tools (HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader) and discuss technical solutions with varied stakeholders
• Lead customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, Core HR, Absence, and other modules
• Coordinate SDLC activities, including CRPs/Playback sessions, training content, and knowledge transfer
• Prepare status reports with RAG, manage risks and RAID logs
• Plan release and delivery activities and align with project timelines

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience for UK Absence, Core HR, and Payroll
• Proven competence in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes
• Hands-on Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud experience for UK Public sector clients
• Proficiency with HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical, business, and management audiences
• Experience leading discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle, including CRPs/playback and training material development
