Technology Associate/Senior Associate

In this role you lead high-value commercial projects, delivering strategic contracts guidance across multiple sectors. You will collaborate across practice areas to support clients and shape relationships while mentoring junior colleagues. • Lead on high-value commercial projects across sectors
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with confidence
• Advise on regulatory compliance (consumer) and related matters
• Collaborate across practice areas to deliver strategic advice
• Manage complex projects and senior stakeholder engagement
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues
• Contribute to client relationship management and business development
• Support delivery of innovative and pragmatic legal solutions

• SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
• 6+ years' PQE in commercial contracts in a recognised practice
• Experience advising on commercial agreements
• Ability to manage complex projects and draft/ negotiate effectively
• Collaborative approach and commercial acumen
• Interest in emerging technologies and evolving regulatory landscapes
• Knowledge of IP, data protection and consumer regulation is helpful but not essential
