Technology Audit Manager Toronto

Lead technology audits in Toronto with expertise across cybersecurity, IT controls, and technology risk. This role supports TD’s specialized Audit practice.

As an Audit Manager II, you will oversee complex audits, advise management, and support regulatory alignment. Your work spans audit planning, control assessment, stakeholder communications, and implementation initiatives. You will provide direction across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop audit planning memoranda, risk control matrices, and findings grids
• Lead complex audits and follow up on internal findings
• Review walkthroughs, testing, evidence uploads, and audit reports
• Communicate with stakeholders, senior management, and external auditors
• Report emerging trends and recommend actions to senior management

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required
• Seven or more years of relevant experience required
• Technology audit, technology risk, or cybersecurity experience
• Knowledge of IT controls or infrastructure engineering and operations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
