Role Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders across diverse business functions to capture and refine business requirements.
- Convert business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
- Drive the success of technology projects by leading workshops, mapping processes, and uncovering opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong background in Finance or Buying & Merchandising system transformation.
- Hands-on experience in delivering AI-powered solutions.
